"Even during the construction phase, and especially after the completion of the fishing lake, it was a rare occasion that I did not experience some unfamiliar or long-forgotten “miracle,” which I always discovered in something different each time.
It was a joy to watch as the lake basin was filled by the water, taking its rightful place and rising steadily, irresistibly higher and higher.
Day by day, the landscape changed before my eyes, and by the time I could fully get used to it, the lake was already complete. Tiny living creatures appeared and took possession of their new home; aquatic plants emerged seemingly from nowhere, and tired birds arrived to rest for a while.
I will never forget the first storm over the lake, frightening, yet at the same time a breathtakingly beautiful sight. Nor the first sunset, which painted both the sky and the water in deep red tones.
Today, a diverse world of fish delights the attentive observer, as their movements and jumps ripple across the surface of the fishing lake.
I wish for everyone who visits that they may be filled with the same feeling that has touched me so many times before. During your fishing and moments of rest, I hope you too can experience the same “miracle” that I witnessed at the birth of the lake."
